Doug Polumbaum is the founder and CEO of Brand Licensing Inc. In his twenty five years in licensing, he has created and built some of the industry’s largest Direct-to-Retail licensing programs that have generated billions of dollars in retail sales including: Better Homes and Gardens at Walmart – home goods, kitchen, lawn and patio; Car and Driver at Target – Automotive; Road & Track at Walmart – Toys; Woman’s Day – Eyewear; and Nationwide Insurance with Guideposts. Doug developed the launch strategy and built the Health Partner Program for American Lung Association. The program’s long-term “partners” include 3M, Emerson Electric, IQ Air, and Bank of America, and MetLife. The American Lung Association Health Partner program has generated millions of dollars in revenues that help further ALA’s not-for-profit missions.

Peter Van Raalte, Executive Vice President, has managed a diverse range of licensing and corporate sponsorship programs for corporate brands, sports franchises, and children’s properties including Jeep/Chrysler, Madison Square Garden- Rangers and Knicks, Radio City Music Hall, and Scholastic Inc. As Senior VP Retail and Licensing, Peter increased the sales and profitability each year of three years for all Madison Square Garden’s retail stores. He was elected and served as the Chairman of the Licensing Industry Association (LIMA) by its 1100 member organizations.

Risa Korris, Senior Vice President, has produced national television commercials for leading advertising agencies including Interpublic Group, Grey Group and Lowe + Partners. She oversaw brand campaigns for clients including Sony, P&G Household Products, Frito-Lay, Aveeno, Clairol and Revlon.  Risa wrote and produced documentaries for CBS Network News and Showtime. Risa was elected to and served on the board of directors of New York Women in Film & Television.
